IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF QUESTIONS HARI-BOT ANSWERS?
There's no limit to the number of questions employees can ask HaRi-Bot.
CAN HARI-BOT PROVIDE ANSWERS SPECIFIC TO OUR COMPANY?
Yes! HaRi-Bot offers Company Admin users with the space to enter bespoke responses, attach documents and provide weblinks to additional sites (like your Employee Assistance Program).
This enables you to provide responses that contains the details of your company policies - e.g. enhanced family leave policies (maternity, paternity, adoption leave), how your disciplinary process works or what happens as part of your sickness process and policy.
CAN I SPEAK TO HARI-BOT?
Unfortunately not. You type questions into HaRi-Bot's chat window on your keyboard similar to WhatsApp or Messenger. HaRi-Bot interprets the question and replies in a dialog box.
HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET HARI-BOT SET UP AND ANSWERING HR QUESTIONS?
It depends primarily on
how many employees your company has;
how complicated your HR policies & processes are; and
how much time/resource you can allocate internally to support the project.
Smaller organisations could achieve this in less than four weeks, larger organisations could take longer.

DO I NEED TO GET MY IT INVOLVED IN SETTING UP HARI-BOT?
Yes but there's not a lot for them to do. HaRi-Bot is securely hosted online but they may need to enable access to the web address and ensure our emails can be delivered successfully.
WHO CAN ACCESS HARI-BOT?
There are 4 types of access to HaRi-Bot:
Employee: this user can use HaRi-Bot to answer their HR questions and queries. They can view historical chats, raise tickets and read messages that they receive;
HR Professional: this user can access the Dashboard functionality, respond to tickets and send messages for their allocated departments and/or locations;
Company Admin: this user can access all Dashboard functionality, respond to tickets, send messages, amend employee data and update HaRi-Bot answers; and
Super Admin: this is an HRI user and has the same level of access as Company Admin. This is access for support purposes only.
Additional user profiles can be considered but would incur development costs.
HOW MUCH DOES HARI-BOT COST?
Our prices start at £1.50 per employee, per month (for up to 250 employees) and scale with your organisation's headcount size (excluding VAT). There's no setup fees (unless you need an integration into an HR database) and you could be up and running in a matter of weeks. duration of storing chats;
level of technical support, including SLA’s;
bespoke or additional topics;
countries covered (currently UK focussed); and
complexity of employee base (e.g. multiple employers).
HOW SECURE IS HARI-BOT?
Security of the data that we hold is paramount. We hold Cyber Essentials Plus certification and have been independently audited to verify this. You can search the central register for our certificate here.
We also utilise data centres which have ISO27001 certification.
WHAT SIZE OF ORGANISATION CAN USE HARI-BOT?
We support all different sizes of companies: from 23 to 23,000 employees. Our aim is to make sure that this type of technology is available to benefit everyone.
